Local Woman Missing by Mary Kubica

WOW! A lot of thrillers are extremely predictable, this was absolutely not. I was hooked from the very start. There were many times I thought I knew where it was going / who did it, and boy was I wrong!

Shelby, Meredith, and her daughter Delilah all go missing. Initially it is believed they may be connected, but eventually the case goes cold. Fast forward to 11 years later, things start coming together.

There were SO many plot twists. There were parts that were a little bit unrealistic, but I still loved it. If you love lots of dark twists and an unexpected but happy ending, this is for you!

Perfect if you like:

  • Fast paced murder mystery.

  • Back and forth timeline.

  • Multiple POV’s.
