Flatshare by Beth O'Leary

Oh this book! I had sooo much fun. I loved the feel-good plot, Tiffy’s hilarious inner monologues, and the felt like it had just the right blend of fluff and substance. I also appreciated the fleshed out subplots and just felt so giddy reading this.

Tiffy needs a cheap flat and FAST. Leon works nights and needs cash. Everyone thinks they’re crazy; but it’s the perfect solution: Leon occupies the one-bed flat while Tiffy’s at work in the day, and she has the run of the place the rest of the time.
