The Right Move by Liz Tomforde

Book Two in the Windy City Series

I spent a week binge-ing sports romances thanks to Taylor Swift. Listen… I was NOT prepared for the level of spice that is in (most?) sports romances! (From my pool of 4 books. Super extensive research here!) Wouldn't recommend this if you're wanting to skip the explicit intimacy chapters. Could you? Yes. Is it prevalent? Towards about 70% yes! Slowww burn before that which I love.

Great book if you’re ready to just turn your brain off and have fun. Like this would probably be a guilty pleasure Netflix show for me. There's romance, drama, secrets! And that camping scene was perfection.

Our FMC is struggling financially and just found out her long time boyfriend cheated on her. Her best friend convinces her brother to let her sublet his apartment. Oh, and her brother happens to be an ultra famous basketball star.

I loved reading about these two falling in love. They both have the biggest hearts and so much to give. (I skipped book one 😬 but I've got book three that just released on my TBR).

What do you think of sports romances? Should we keep reviewing?
